      • 1. Any order would be considered only if 50% of the total value has been paid.
      • 2. All products would be shipped after the customer makes full value payment.
    • 1. We would ensure we deliver every product in the neatest and best condition. However, if you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date
    • 2. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
    • 3. In such case, products must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
    • 4. Original tags must be attached and intact.
    • 5. Return of same product is processed only if it is available in stock and you will be emailed when we process your return.
    • 6. Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment.
    • 7. For those customers who are locally available, we recommend you check your products thoroughly before delivery as return and exchange is not applicable.
