1. Any order would be considered only if 50% of the total value has been paid.
2. All products would be shipped after the customer makes full value payment.
1. We would ensure we deliver every product in the neatest and best condition. However, if you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date
2. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
3. In such case, products must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
4. Original tags must be attached and intact.
5. Return of same product is processed only if it is available in stock and you will be emailed when we process your return.
6. Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment.
7. For those customers who are locally available, we recommend you check your products thoroughly before delivery as return and exchange is not applicable.
